Trauma-Informed CBT

Standard CBT can move too fast for a nervous system still bracing for danger. TI-CBT slows down. You learn to read trauma responses, build safety before challenge, and adapt every classic CBT tool so it works with a survivor instead of against them. This program was developed inside PIMS and you won't find it taught this way anywhere else.

What you'll be able to do

Who it's for

Built for serious practitioners

Practising therapists

Counsellors and psychologists who already use CBT and keep hitting walls with traumatised clients.

Mental-health graduates

Recent psychology graduates who want a clinical edge before they build a caseload.

Allied professionals

Doctors, social workers, and educators who hold trauma in the room and want a structured way to respond.

Your questions, answered here

No hidden FAQ. Read it all, then register.

How long is TI-CBT?
Fifteen live lectures, one a week, Mondays 7:9 PM PKT, two hours each. Roughly fifteen weeks end to end.
Live or recorded?
Live on Zoom so you can ask questions in real time. Every session is recorded and yours for life.
What is the free Lecture 1?
The first lecture is free for everyone. Attend it live, see how the material is taught, then decide whether to continue. No card, no commitment.
Do I need a clinical background?
It helps. TI-CBT assumes you already understand basic CBT. If you're newer, message us on WhatsApp and we'll tell you honestly whether to start here or elsewhere.
What certificate do I get?
A PIMS certificate accredited by GIMP Malaysia as a professional skills-building qualification. Read the note below on what that does and doesn't mean for licensure.
How do I pay and what does it cost?
Pricing and start dates come by email the moment you register interest, then we walk you through payment on PIMS WhatsApp. Local bank transfer or international options both work.
About the certificate. PIMS certificates are accredited by GIMP Malaysia as professional skills-building qualifications. They are not, by themselves, a government licence to practise. Whether a certificate is recognised for clinical work depends on the rules of your country or state. Confirm your local requirements before you see clients. We're glad to talk this through on WhatsApp before you enrol.

Seats are capped at ten for a reason.
