PIMS exists to train helping professionals properly, in small live cohorts, with honesty about what the work can and can't do.
PIMS began with a simple frustration. Too much psychology training in the region was either theory with no practice, or marketing with no substance. Big classes, pre-recorded videos, certificates that promised more than they delivered.
We built the opposite. Cohorts capped at ten so people actually learn the skill. Live teaching so questions get answered in the moment. Recordings that stay yours for life. And language we can defend: we tell students exactly what each certificate means and where its limits sit.
PIMS was founded by Ibrahim Siawash, a practising psychologist and counselling psychologist, corporate trainer, and doctoral researcher. The programs are shaped by clinical reality and by what graduates tell us they actually needed once they sat in front of a client.
We don't promise licences we can't grant or outcomes we can't control. We tell you the truth and let you decide.
You leave able to do something, not just describe it. Practice is built into every cohort.
Ten seats, every time. We'd rather teach well than enrol everyone.
The support continues after graduation, because the work doesn't stop at the certificate.
Every PIMS certification is accredited by GIMP, the Global Institute of Modern Psychology, Malaysia, as a professional skills-building qualification. We partner internationally so your training carries weight beyond a single classroom.
